Chef Jay Pierce will demonstrate five recipes and serve a three-course lunch, plus your choice of a cocktail or a mocktail to get you started! He will provide expert tips and pairing suggestions plus recipe cards and give-away door prizes (such as a one night stay at Proximity or O.Henry Hotel in Greensboro, Lucky 32 gift vouchers, Recipe boxes, etc).
