Cooking Class at Lucky 32 Southern Kitchen in Cary

Chef Jay Pierce will demonstrate five recipes and serve a three-course lunch, plus your choice of a cocktail or a mocktail to get you started! He will provide expert tips and pairing suggestions plus recipe cards and give-away door prizes (such as a one night stay at Proximity or O.Henry Hotel in Greensboro, Lucky 32 gift vouchers, Recipe boxes, etc). Beer Cheese Soup
with sweet pepper croutons
The Common Good, our Kentucky Common.
Pan-fried Pork Cutlet
whipped sweets, asparagus and swamp sauce
John Egerton's Banana Pudding
Lemuria, an Imperial Brown Ale brewed with chocolate, banana, and vanilla
He’ll also talk about where and how to find ingredients, answer questions, and hope to put these things into the proper context.
