Cooking Class at Lucky 32 Southern Kitchen in Cary

Chef Jay Pierce will demonstrate five recipes paired with Fullsteam Brewery beers and serve a three-course lunch. He'll provide expert tips, pairing suggestions and Lloyd from Fullsteam will be on-hand to talk about the brewing process. Plus get recipe cards and give-away door prizes (such as a one night stay at Proximity or O.Henry Hotel in Greensboro, Lucky 32 gift vouchers, Recipe boxes, etc). Here's the menu:

He’ll also talk about where and how to find ingredients, answer questions, and hope to put these things into the proper context.
