Peach Chutney

Peach Chutney

1 pound Peaches
¼ cup Raisins
¼ cup diced Green Bell Pepper
¼ cup diced Red Bell Pepper
¼ cup diced Yellow Onion
½ tbsp minced Fresh Ginger
½ tsp chopped Fresh Garlic
½ tbsp sliced Jalapeno Pepper
¼ cup Sugar
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Peel, pit and dice the peaches. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Continue to simmer until syrup consistency is achieved.

Makes – 1 ½ cups
