Spiced Pecans

  • 1 pound Pecan Pieces
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Allspice
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper liner and pan release spray over liner. Combine all ingredients in saucepan and simmer on medium low heat for 30 minutes. Drain well. Fry pecans in deep fat for 60 seconds. Remove and allow to drain and cool.
